Normal Lipase Pancreatitis: A Case Report

چکیده
Acute pancreatitis is a serious and potentially fatal condition, caused by the pancreas self-digesting with its own accidentally activated enzymes. diagnosis based on combination of clinical, biological radiological evidence. The absence lipase elevation during acute extremely rare can sometimes make difficult therefore delay treatment. We will report case 27-year-old female patient, no previous history disease, who consulted us for abdominal pain, whose diagnosis, after an etiological investigation, was normal levels.
